Your English is fine, but some periods and capitalized letters would be nice. :-P

Anyway, your game is probably running slowly with WINE because of your video drivers. I had this problem, too. You'll need to either find a fix for your card or use onboard graphics. Ubuntu, Debian and gNewSense all use .deb files for installation. The tar.gz file you saw was probably a source package for compiling an application. As for Cedega help, try here: http://www.cedega.com/support/

I don't mean to be rude and maybe I'm misunderstanding you, but usually people use WINE to play proprietary games on GNU/Linux and Mac OS X. If you wanted better support for playing proprietary games, Ubuntu would be your best bet while still remaining a distro. I'm not recommending it, mind you. It just doesn't make much sense to support proprietary games when you're trying to have a free system, don't you think?
