hello, it is possible to write updates in USB? and existing "Firewall" and Antivirus" for your linux? it is possible to run Skype? I wait for your answer... thanks a lot...

Hi Linux is not an operating system, it's a component to the GNU system, so please call it GNU/Linux when you are refering to the whole system.

You don't need an antivirus in gNewSense nor another GNU/Linux operating system, the system by default has an integrated firewall called iptables.

You shouldn't use Skype, it's propietary software and therefore harmful to your freedom as a computer user and privacy. There are free softphone replacements like Ekiga which is installed in gNewsense by default.

If you mean to download updates on USB key and than install them, yes, that's possible.
